Typical applications:

  • Valorisation of low pressure waste steam.

    • -> low pressure(below 10 bar) waste steam can directly be fed to an E-rational machine and be transformed in electricity.

  • Valorisation of waste heat in exhaust gases.

    • -> with an intermediate heat exchanger and a standard E-rational ORC unit a minimal process interference is guaranteed. On-site start-up time is limited to a strict minimum

  • Valoristaion of liquid(thermal oil, water) waste heat.

    • -> waste heat in a liquid phase can directly be fed to a standard E-rational ORC module
